When developing the bill review portion of this business we considered the impact of medical bill review, what it stands for and how the outcomes can inform and help instruct our clients. In 2001 we staffed our company with over 30 years of cumulative experience included licensed adjusters knowledgeable in the work related claims arena. The majority of our processing is done within 48 hours of receipt. We offer a myriad of reports which track expenditures, over usage, and can help to expose similar injuries that could be a safety issue.

To further enhance our services we now hold a “Certificate of Authority” which allows us to be a Third Party Administrator licensed through the Texas Department of Insurance.   Our claim department works directly with bill review and utilizes other associates to adjudicate all injuries thoroughly and timely.

Our Nurse Case Managers, Safety Consultants and Risk Management Consultants complete a work program. When questionable claims or bills arise we involve our associates in determining validity of the treatment.
